Take tape measure and for length measure from the nape of the neck collar area to base of the tail. this is your length basically the trunk of the pet without the tail or head. for height measure from floor to top of shoulder while pet is standing. all sherpa bags come with one years manufacter's warranty from date of purchase. you can contact the manufacteur direct for warranty issues. This carrier is airline approved please check with your airline as they all have size requirements that are different depending on airline.
